The property has stood close to the original village of Son Servera for over 500 years and has been telling its very own story, stone by stone, ever since.

STRANDPERLE
Beach Bar
The Strandperle is a true Hamburg classic, evolving from a humble milk bar into one of the city’s most beloved beachside spots. But the Strandperle is far more than just a place to grab a bite; it’s a living piece of Hamburg’s soul. A place to breathe deeply, watch the ships go by, and simply be. Anyone who takes a seat here will quickly understand why this little haven by the Elbe has become one of the city’s all-time favorite places.

PROF. DR. VOLKWIN MARG
The last flight to Tegel
Prof. Dr. Volkwin Marg, architect and co-designer of the iconic Berlin-Tegel Airport, was on board one of the last flights to land there, a symbolic moment for the man who once played a key role in designing the distinctive hexagonal layout. I was on the last flight.
When the aircraft touched down on the familiar runway, a circle was completed: Marg entered the terminal once again, which for decades stood for functional elegance and visionary design. Tegel was more than just a building, it had become a landmark of modernist architecture and a lasting chapter in Berlin's city history.

Comprehensive school Hamburg
Campaign
On behalf of the Hamburg Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training (BSB), an eye-catching information campaign was created to strengthen the image of Hamburg's district schools. The aim was to make the diversity, permeability and future opportunities of this type of school visible to parents, pupils and the public.
We developed the concept and realised a 40-second image film. This was complemented by striking campaign motifs that invite reflection and enquiry under the common claim ‘For everyone who wants more’.
